CURRENT JOB OPPORTUNITIES

FRONT DESK CLERK

Our front desk clerk provides exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers who are looking for innovative storage solutions. They also provide customers with the best possible solutions given the variety of options we offer, making their rental experience a pleasant one from the beginning phone call to picking up their keys for their unit.

This position is an integral part of the overall success of the business and how we are seen throughout the community. This job will report to the Operations Manager.

DUTIES

  • Sales (incoming sales of units, POS system sales)
  • Customer Service Liaison (clients new/existing, merchandise sales)
  • General Office Duties (answering phones, providing information)
  • Simple Cleaning Duties (vacuum, light dusting, sweep, bathroom upkeep)
  • Managing the units (cleanliness, move in/move outs, transfers)
  • Standard opening/closing of the office
  • Minimal Merchandising/Restocking
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed


REQUIREMENTS

  • Permanent, Full time, 40hr per week, occasional Saturdays as needed, OT as needed
  • Various locations – own reliable transportation needed


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Soft Sales
  • Able to work within a team setting or individually
  • Exemplary Customer Service Skills
  • Working knowledge of POS Systems (able to take cash, debit or credit card payments)
  • Able to perform general office duties, filing, printing receipts, answering phones, providing general information for existing customers
  • Computer skills, typing 20wpm
  • Ability to multitask, quick learner
  • Merchandising/restocking products
  • Able to sit, stand or walk, frequently throughout the day
  • Inspecting units for cleanliness, basic maintenance requests
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs
  • Cleaning as needed (floors, garbage, bathroom, vacuuming carpets)
