“On Friday I was at your Fanshawe Park Rd storage centre to sell a piece of furniture that I had in storage. When I arrived Tonya Lundy was at the desk. She was busy with another customer but took a minute to smile and tell me that she would be with me in just a minute.
When I arrived at the locker I had difficulty opening the lock. She came immediately and showed me how to do it.
After I sold the piece I realized that I no longer needed a locker that size for the remaining furniture. So I discussed the possibility of moving the remaining pieces to a smaller unit. She couldn’t have been more accommodating and helped me move the pieces to a smaller unit.The furniture is high quality and I was concerned about a piece getting scratched being on the cement floor. She went and got cardboard to put under it. Since I was now stacking 2 night tables with the same concern she provided paper to put in between the two units.
On leaving she assured me, again with a smile, that she would take care of making the changes to my account. She was already now busy helping another customer.
I must say that I was shocked! You are fortunate to have an employee like Tonya working for you. She handled my situation efficiently and I left a totally satisfied customer ( and am telling lots of folks about my experience). She is the epitome of exceptional customer service as she went far beyond this customer’s expectations.
I understand that the Fanshawe Park Road centre is an expansion for you. Tonya represents your company’s public face. Good customer service, let alone exceptional customer service, seems to be a scarce commodity today. To that end Tonya is a valuable asset to your company.”

“Just wanted to drop a note about how our move went. We had Brady and Mike moving us from Dorchester to a condo in London and they were fantastic!!
They were very professional and courteous throughout the day and boy – did they work hard!!
We had a deadline to get moved in and they worked very fast, never taking a break. They even skipped lunch to get us moved in on time. Two great guys and very hard workers!!

“Yesterday afternoon, we completed the move of items into the unit at Ashland Ave. It was easy-pleasy with the design of the unit, roll up door in the centre, etc. We were able to place all the large furniture items inside around the perimeter and then all the smaller items on top, in between, etc. We have room for more donations that we know are coming (kitchen table and chairs, beds, etc.).
Stan, I want you to know how helpful both Tonya and David (Weston) have been. Tonya made sure all the details were covered and even provided after-hours service when I had not yet collected the unit locking device in advance. David was prompt and went above and beyond helping us load the trailer unit at the storage facility at Adelaide/Pall Mall (including what to put where, how to protect hutch glass front surfaces, etc.).
During the years when we were both actively serving at Libro, I had no idea of the size and scale of your City Centre Storage operation. What I did know was how big your heart is. Evidently, you attract and retain staff in the same vein!”
